Have you adjusted your Let's B chair properly?

Do you know that in order to sit properly, you have to adjust your seat to your size, your weight and your shape? And that quite often, you think that the seat is not comfortable? Whereas, quite simply, it is not properly adjusted for you? This is where we can help you.

The Let's B chair adapts to your size
For this, you have a lever on the right front of your seat, which enables you to adjust the height of the seat from the floor. You will be in the right position when your feet are flat on the floor and when the angle between your calves and thighs is 90°.

Your seat-back must support your back
Your seat-back must support your back, particularly the lower lumbar part of your back, whatever your position. As each person has a different lumbar curve. You can adjust the height of your seat-back, in order to place the lumbar support of the seat-back (black fabric part) at the level of the hollow of your back.

The adjustment is carried out by pressing the 2 buttons located at either side on the rear of the seat-back.

The Let's B chair adapts to your weight
Be careful not to ignore this adjustment. It is often overlooked, and is of key importance in order to achieve a proper sitting position. It will enable you to adjust the resistance of the seat-back when you lean backward. This is the round lever at the rear right hand side of the seat.

How to determine whether the adjustment of the seat in relation your weight is the right one? You have to be able to tilt the seat-back with a slight resistance.

If you feel as if you are falling backward, the tension is too low.

If you have to push hard on your seat-back in order to lean back, or if you have the impression that it is locked, then the tension is too high.(use the arrows on the lever, in order to know which way to turn).

The seat back
The seat-back can be permanently locked in forward position in order to avoid tilting of the seat-back; this can be useful for certain activities, for example using a computer keyboard to input data.

Arm-rests (optional adjustments)
You may have arm-rests whose height is adjustable or fixed. They enable you to relieve a part of the weight concentrated in your arms and shoulders.

Seat depth (optional adjustments)
The seat depth can be adjusted. You have a bar at the front, underside of the seat. This adjustment enables people with shorter upper legs to benefit from a smaller seat, and taller people to benefit from a deeper seat.
